Service center delivered the car back at the EXACT time promised! The service contract supposed to cover the service resulted in NO CHARGE ... no fine print showed up as items not covered. The only minus w promised! The service contract supposed to cover the service resulted in NO CHARGE ... no fine print showed up as items not covered. The only minus was the Part Sales department who did not know that one could disconnect the kick option to open the rear door of our Toyota Sienna. They told us that installing a hitch was not possible because of this option. Same for the showroom people. Lesson learned: Talk to the Service Department and not to sales people! More
