Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection. The service advisor insisted something was wrong with the battery and that it needed to be replaced immediately. They seemed to be more interested in getting me to trade in my vehicle instead of providing the service that was scheduled. After 4 hours of waiting, my vehicle was returned with the license plate bent 90 degrees, gashes in my dash, and the battery terminals not screwed on. When I brought this to the Manger's attention, I was dismissed, almost ignored, and their only comment was to suggest I increase the frequency of my oil changes. #NotGood More
