When I purchased the 2025 Toyota Camry in December 2024, the sales person and the finance department person told me that the Dent protection plan would cover paint chips, and this is because I had experienc the sales person and the finance department person told me that the Dent protection plan would cover paint chips, and this is because I had experience with other dealership that didn’t cover the paint chips, and when I told the Toyota sales person and the Finance person, they said that chips would be covered even after I told them my last experience, so I was pushed to purchase the insurance for paint/dent protection, now the paint is chipping on areas that doesn’t show any dents and the dealership and insurance doesn’t want to cover or fix this problem, this is very disappointing, I called the sales person and he doesn’t work at Autonation anymore.
