I bought a brand new 2024 Toyota Tundra. Less than a year passes and it dies on the highway Thanksgiving weekend. I took it in to Autonation Toyota. It was confirmed that the issue was seen in diagnostic. It needs a new engine. Recall. No solution. They love saying that. I was told it was going to be about 3 to 4 months cause they had to order it part by part. Well 6 months later. Never got an update. Now this service manager Reza Najad sends me an email. Not a call. An email saying they are closing my work order. Nothing has been done. More
