Due to a chip shortage, the 2023 Prius was delivered without the 2nd key. After 7 months it finally came in and an appt. was made to come in and pick it up. The process involved programming the new key without the 2nd key. After 7 months it finally came in and an appt. was made to come in and pick it up. I have brought my cars to her for maintenance and repairs for over 10 years and always receive excellent service from her and the technicians here. She is easy to reach as she puts her cell phone right on her business card. She is very knowledgeable and has given me advice over the phone on my older Toyota when I texted her pictures of lights on the dash or described problems so I knew if it was safe to drive in.
