The service was so bad we left before they even touched our car. We had an appointment. After half hour no one talked to us or looked at our car. When we asked they said at least an hour and half wait for our car. We had an appointment. After half hour no one talked to us or looked at our car. Took my new truck in for its first service and it will never go back to autonation. The most disorganized and unpleasant people I have ever dealt with. Which was $40 more than the $80 I was told it would be before I left the truck with them, which I thought $80 was ridiculous but I was willing to pay that. I have payed $120 to get a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and balance elsewhere. More
Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had made an appointment for. I was told it was going to be a little bit, but turned out to be 5 hours! I wasn't upset at the service team, but if man had made an appointment for. I was told it was going to be a little bit, but turned out to be 5 hours! I wasn't upset at the service team, but if management knew it was going to be that long of a wait they could have asked if people wanted to reschedule. I understand that life right now is not easy, especially in SWFL however 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. More
My last two service appointments lasted around 4 hours each. These were minor 20k and 25k. What’s the point of making an appointment when you need to deal with these long waits. I had a scheduled appointment for service/oil change. The staff was professional and courteous. The service advisor was friendly. This was frustrating because prior to the visit I put some washer fluid in one of our other vehicles because I knew the Highlander was being serviced. We were taking the Highlander on a road trip the day after the service and found out it had no washer fluid while we were on our trip. I thought all fluids were checked at the service...they were not. Disappointed. More
I really enjoyed the free oil change and tire rotation given to me for my loyalty. It took an hour and a half, and I was assigned to an advisor which the service manager knew was on lunch.
