I was disappointed because they're supposed to put the factory grade oil back in the vehicle and instead they put the cheap conventional oil in. The factory grade oil is supposed to be synthetic. l ended factory grade oil back in the vehicle and instead they put the cheap conventional oil in. The factory grade oil is supposed to be synthetic. l ended up having to flush it out and put the synthetic in myself. I always use synthetic oil in all my vehicles I'm disappointed with AutoNation when they put cheap oil in my vehicle. Not what I expected from auto nation. They should know that newer cars like mine should have synthetic oil. More
I had my RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would also need a battery changeout because the car is over 4 years old. The battery checked out OK and there was no pressure to sell m I thought I would also need a battery changeout because the car is over 4 years old. I had an appt. Scheduled and when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman within minutes. It took under 2 hours for my routine maintenance. Overall, an ok experience. More
I had an appointment for 7AM ,I got there a little early,I was quickly welcomed & asked the purpose of my visit, I explain it was mainly for service & to repair my rearview mirror the clip had been k early,I was quickly welcomed & asked the purpose of my visit, I explain it was mainly for service & to repair my rearview mirror the clip had been knocked out & the mirror wouldn't stay in place. I was logged in & advised that I also needed to have an update on a computer issue. I was advised that the team started at 7 AM & I should have my vehicle back by 9AM, I was driving out by 8:45.
