Service after the sale needs improvement. Scheduled service appointments for simple oil changes should not take two hours. I recently arrived, on time, for an appointment and I was told it would be at least three hours. I rescheduled for a later date. I arrived, checked in , and after 75 minutes, found out my car was still sitting in the same place. I asked for the service manager, who thankfully responded to the matter immediately. 45 minutes later he came to tell me the car servicing was done. If I had not gone back out to check on the car, I wonder how long it would have been before somebody finally noticed nothing was being done. I've never experienced such terrible, slow service at any other dealership. More
When I arrived for my 3:00 appointment I was told that this Toyota dealership doesn't work on Lexus often and that I should go to a Lexus dealership in the future. I then was told that after waiting over this Toyota dealership doesn't work on Lexus often and that I should go to a Lexus dealership in the future. I then was told that after waiting over an hour that most of the mechanics had gone home for the day and it would be a long wait if they could even get to my car. I needed 3 or 4 things looked at ...the most important being that the gas tank fuel door wouldn't open and needed a new spring to open it. I wasn't about to leave without that since I was traveling the next day for Thanksgiving to see family. The Toyota rep Donald saved the day by personally going back and making sure someone fixed that problem. I did have to leave without having any other work done. The call center dropped the ball by even making the appointment with the specifics I had given them and by making it late in the day. If it hadn't been for Donald I would have been home alone on Thanksgiving. I highly commend him for outstanding customer service, but I would not recommend this dealership for auto service. More

Dave was very professional and listened to my concerns. He shared the process for having my air filter changed and let me know there would be a light scent to the product, not floral. I was disappointed with the service department for the routine maintenance I received for my Highlander. I am not a mechanic, so I depend on the mechanic to do as was indicated when I dropped off the vehi routine maintenance I received for my Highlander. Once again, then maintenance notification on the vehicle was not turned off after the service was completed. The dealership is a 1.5 to 2 hr round trip, so return to correct this over sight is time consuming. Now I must look the the alerts and notifications on the car every time I drive. If they can not simply turn off the notification for maintenance on the vehicle, what else are they missing? Since this is not the first time and I have complained about this in the past, I am leaving one star in the hopes that someone will listen! I will NOT purchase an extended warranty but will instead seek out a local mechanic to so the maintenance once the factory warranty has been fulfilled. More
I generally like this dealership for new cars (have purchased 3) and service. I've had a good relationship with my service mgr Greg over the years. He's always kind, patient and polite. On my last visit 11/18/22, I scheduled with Greg but wasn't informed that he had switched to the "car side" from the "truck side," my usual place. I got Nick instead who was fine. He informed me straight up that my routine oil change and tire rotation would take 3-4 hours! Unbelievable. And he turned out to be right! This dealership must be doing some serious overbooking or be understaffed. As a result, I'm planning to switch to a dealership closer to home for my next service. More
