I drive a fleet vehicle. Since its a Sienna I have it serviced at the Colonial location in FM, Florida. My last visit was my worst experience. I came in on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 8am. I was on time, and decided to wait, for my general 25K maintenance. I’m a very patient man but by the time my car was done I was VERY frustrated. My car, with no serious issues, was made available to me at approximately 2:30pm. I spoke with one of the last techs to handle my car asking him at what time did he get my van and his answer was 11am. For someone with an 8am appointment this is unacceptable and poor planning on the dealerships part. Now, let me say that everyone in the service department were very cordial and professional however there was noting that you could give me to make up for what should have been completed by at least 10:30. I've had my car serviced here for years and have always been satisfied. This past visit I had an appointment for service. When I arrived, cars were backed-up and waiting in 3 rows, practically out to the s been satisfied. This past visit I had an appointment for service. When I arrived, cars were backed-up and waiting in 3 rows, practically out to the street and no one from the dealership was outside to check us in for at least 10 minutes. When the young man arrived he said only two of them were working that day so things were backed up. He got my paperworks started and had me wait for the service writer in the waiting area, which was full of people also waiting to be seen. It appeared there were 3 service writers at desks. Particularly disturbing was that three rather young employees in red polo shirts were standing around socializing with one of the service writers. Perhaps they were all on a break, but it sure sent a bad message to those of us who were waiting. Maybe there were a lot of people out sick or some other good reason for the delays, but I left after waiting for 30 minutes to see a service writ3er (never did). This is a leadership issue....the service department manager could have rolled up his sleeves and help check people in. For that matter, why didn't the general manager roll his sleeves up and help?? I have watched this service department decline over the past few years. They appear to use an off-site call center to make appointments with people who have accents and are difficult to understand. There is a number that rings at the service department, but you have to ask the other people for it. Too bad. I have found a local repair shop that specializes in Toyotas to be my new service choice. More
I had a appointment @11am on Saturday 11/26/2022, I was there for 2.5 hrs and when I asked they said 6 cara ahead of me I would have to wait another 2 hrs for tire rotation ridiculous..no compassion from t there for 2.5 hrs and when I asked they said 6 cara ahead of me I would have to wait another 2 hrs for tire rotation ridiculous..no compassion from the service manager..whats the point of a appointment if still gotta wait 4 HRSfor tire rotation..I told the manager to get me the keys I couldn't wait another 2 hrs so wasted my time wasn't able to get anything done. NOT HAPPY AT ALL . Oh and another employee said they over book all the time... More
I had appointment and stayed in line for one half hour to get checked in.I left my car for brakes and was advised a day later that my brakes were ok but I had other problems. I asked what my bill would be to get checked in.I left my car for brakes and was advised a day later that my brakes were ok but I had other problems. I asked what my bill would be to fix and I was told 1500.00 dollars .Three days later when I picked up my car the bill was 2400.00 I won't be back to AUTO NATION TOYOTA. Thanks More
Shelly in service is great. Your online schedule is usually very convenient; however, you shouldn't open time slots for staff you don't have.
