I had a 5,000 mile service appointment. I was told the service would take 2 to 3 hours to complete. That’s ridiculous. I waited in the waiting area for over one and one-half hours. I had another appointment to get to, so I asked if they had started my 5,000 mile service. After one and one half nothing was started on my car. Since I had another appointment the service person had to get my car for me without being serviced. So I drive 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, waited more than one and one half hours for the service to be completed and left the dealership not having my car serviced. More
