Check engine light on. Told I had not tightened gas cap properly. Next day after leaving AutoNation the check engine light comes on again and I never touched the gas cap. Problem still exists. I even bought a new gas cap for $40 and that didn’t fix it either. Disappointed that they didn’t fix my problem. More

I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that my appointment time did not matter other than I would get service as soon as they could get to my car. It sounded like first co I was informed that my appointment time did not matter other than I would get service as soon as they could get to my car. It sounded like first come first serve approach. Anyway it took 2.5 hours to complete the oil change and tire rotation. This is way too long. I do not live in Ft Myers so I lost a good part of my day. It was confusing if service was to be at the truck center or the car center. I asked where my appointment was at; the worker said it does not matter. This may be the case if appointment times do not matter. Anyway the service was performed and the workers were nice. It just took too long. More
