I have been waiting 45 days plus for a repair that requires the replacement of a hybrid battery. There was a recall on the paint of my 2012 Toyota Highlander. After contacting the dealership, it took 3 months before it was approved. While it was being painted, we received a 2022 Highlander as a Highlander. After contacting the dealership, it took 3 months before it was approved. While it was being painted, we received a 2022 Highlander as a rental car. When we received our Highlander back, the body was painted, but there were a few dentations in the paint job.
