Thank you for delivering a $500+ estimate to change my 07 Prius spark plugs and gas cap. I was finally inspired to start working on my own vehicle again. $53 for retail-priced manufacturers' OEM parts, and a Prius spark plugs and gas cap. It was like getting a free laptop or low-end iPhone. I have money after just saying no to crazy overpriced repairs. FYI, the repair took me 30 minutes of which 20 was spent trying to configure sockets to a length appropriate to fetch the spark plugs, lol. Stupid and simple to replace. Shame on you for charging ridiculous prices but thanks for doing it. I will start saving tons...unless its a chip/electronic issue. More

My appointment was right on time. I was greeted right away by my rep in the lobby. Arrived on time for my appointment for service. My car sat under the canopy for 50 minutes before it was even moved to the garage to get serviced. When I went to the advisor to ask why it hadn't been moved since I had arrived she then told the young man to drive it to the garage. I waited almost 3 hours and did not hear a thing. As the waiting room was emptying out I started to wonder how an oil change and tire rotation could take that long. I went back to my service advisor and she had gone home 30 minutes prior without turning me over to another advisor. The car had been ready for 30 min. I saw my paperwork sitting there and a different advisor saw me and came over to help me. My advisor should have let me know that she was leaving and turn me over to a different advisor who was working that late. Don't go on a Friday afternoon. The poorest service I have ever gotten there. More
