The technician assigned to me was helpful. However, I called ahead and was told they had my key phob in stock, this was also verified by the parts department. As you know, time is valuable and I only made the maintenance appointment because I would also be getting a new key. Over all the experience was ok. I had a hard time understanding what Orlando was trying to tell me about my new car warranty but his assistant explained everything to perfection.
