we have a Toyota Tacoma and a corolla through them so we take it to auto nation twice a year for maintenance and every time it takes no less than 4 hours so i have to waste half my day there and they don't take it to auto nation twice a year for maintenance and every time it takes no less than 4 hours so i have to waste half my day there and they don't provide shuttles or rentals so your stuck waiting there all day wasting your time More
Have used your service department in the past for my 2017 RAV4 but now using the other dealership south of you. However, when I asked my current Toyota service department if they would match your oil ch 2017 RAV4 but now using the other dealership south of you. However, when I asked my current Toyota service department if they would match your oil change specials they responded “No, because Autonation does not use Toyota synthetic oil”. So, if you DO use Toyota brand synthetic oil you need to claim that in your ads and mail outs. Just thought you should know. BTW what brand do you use in synthetic oil changes? More
The service department leaves a lot to be desired. I brought my vehicle in for some recalls they told me on the phone that I have to schedule it a little further out so they could order the part when I brought my vehicle in for some recalls they told me on the phone that I have to schedule it a little further out so they could order the part when I got there two weeks after I called in to schedule they did not have the parts I was told they do not order the parts until they make sure we bring the vehicle in and I could not have my vehicle back since it was a safety recall and they could not give me an ETA on when they would have the part. So I had to takeoff work go down there get a rental vehicle and wait for my car to be completed. The day it was completed I go return the rental pick up my keys and I see there’s a golf cart going around getting cars so I ask where my car is and they said somewhere out in the parking lot I would have thought since it was pouring down rain and storming and the parking lot was flooded over your ankles that someone would’ve brought the vehicle to the service area overhang but no I sat and waited for a little while but the rain was not going to stop so I had to go out in their parking lot and start searching up the isles for my vehicle because no one knew where they had left it. I finally found it all the way closer to the new car building bottom of my pants were wet I am drenched and had to go back to work. Service department really needs some customer service skills. I was very surprised to have this experience at a Toyota dealership because usually Toyota is known for good Service. More
