Awesome Advisors at Toyota of Ft. Myers, mine was Anthony Jane, and he was great. He was very welcoming and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. I espec Myers, mine was Anthony Jane, and he was great. He was very welcoming and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. I especially alpreciated his relaxed demeanor as he let me know I needed to get a tire patched. He didn’t try to up-sell me, he just told me and let me decide on what to do - no pressure. I will definitely service there again and will no doubt ask for Anthony Jane. More
Since i have owned my Sequoia i have taken it to your dealership for all of the service and have never ever had any issues or problems. Delroy Sadler is an awesome Manager of the service department and dealership for all of the service and have never ever had any issues or problems. Delroy Sadler is an awesome Manager of the service department and helps me all of the time. He has gone out of his way to show and explain things to me that i have needed to get done to my truck. Darius Cook is now the service advisor i deal with and he is also an outstanding employee too. Again i explained what i was looking for in service and he understood exactly. I couldnt have asked for a better advisor. For many years i dealt with Delroy and Greg, and now Darius, seems to have been trained very well. His attitude and customer service were great. He was personable and easy to talk with. The Master Mechanic Renniel was awesome to as he explained what the process of repair was going to be on the truck. He was honest and straight forward when i asked him some questions. Even though it was $3000.00 dollars for the work getting done, i was comfortable with it because all of these indiviudals were honest with me. Thats is a characteristic that i hold in very very high regard. Thank you Delroy, Darius , Renniel and Toyota. Respectfully submitted, Mike Camelo Sr. 2007 Sequoia Limited PS: the major service i had done this time was a rear main seal, and rear struts replaced. In the process of removing the trans for the seal replacement the sway bar was severly damaged. They replaced it with a new one and no charge to me. That to me is respectfull customer service. Thats just one of the reasons why i get all my work done at Toyota. Delroy and his team ROCK!!! More
i was very disappointed in the service department. i was in for an oil change and tire rotation. i had and appointment and arrived on time and they took my care. an hour and half later i still did i was in for an oil change and tire rotation. i had and appointment and arrived on time and they took my care. an hour and half later i still did not have my car so i asked what was going on. they found out that the service department had not even started my car and had forgotten about it. after two hours i finally received my car back for a service that should have taken 45 minutes. i was very unhappy about the service department. Setting up the appt was very maddening. The service appt man didn't know what he was doing. He asked ridiculous questions and made me very angry. I complained to a level up employee and ask The service appt man didn't know what he was doing. He asked ridiculous questions and made me very angry. I complained to a level up employee and asked her to review the tape of our conversation. This was my first visit to the dealership, apparently everyone thought I should know who my service advisor was. Why would I know that? All I was doing was bringing it in for the 5000 mile check up, but I was expected to wait to talk to the service advisor. I left without waiting for that intro, then when I returned to pick it up, I had to wait again to meet my service advisor. Why would I even care to do that? All I wanted to do was pick up my car. That's a really odd way to do business. More
