@autonationtoyotafortmyers did a terrible job replacing my weatherstrip in my 2022 sienna two years ago letting water go into my trunk and accumulate in the bottom. Recently I noticed the same issue, and decided to bring it in, @autonationtoyotafortmyers told me that the same issues from two years ago it’s now caused by a different problem and they won’t cover it. They told me that if it was the same problem the car would have mold and according to them the car didn’t, TODAY I checked fully my car and indeed it has mold SO THEY LIED to cover their behind. As well I told them to check the weatherstrip again since that was the problem the first time and I was THREATENED that they would charge me additional for an inspection that should’ve been done in the first place, gave me a stupid excuse to save their xxx from fixing something they should’ve done in the first place.
