My car was not serviced on date and time of appointment. It was forgotten in the drop off queue for over 2 hours. Could not find service person when dropping off. I looked out the window and saw my car had moved up in the drop of queue but had not been serviced. More
First, let me say I have always owned a Toyota and always will. My first complaint is that when I bought my Toyota Prius from this dealership, I was told it had never been in an accident. A year later a body mechanic showed me the evidence that the entire drivers side of my car had been repaired. My second complaint happened July 3rd when I drove into the parts/repair serve because my review mirror had fallen off my windshield due to extreme warm temperatures. After an 1 1/2 wait, I was told it would take 1 1/2 to fix and quoted $305!!! ($125/hr labor charges plus parts.). I was not happy with this but I felt I had to get it done so I said ok. 1/2 hour later I was informed they could not do it that day because they could not cool the car below 75 degrees (needed for glue to hold). So after 4 hours, I left. July 5th I went to an Auto supply store and paid $8 for a special glue spacifically for adhearding review mirrors to cars. I followed the instructions and in 5 minutes it was fixed (I had to wait one hour to put the mirror on it. No labor needed!! ). Thank goodness I had enough sense to leave your dealership!!! I will never have Toyota fix my vehicle!!! Such scam artists you are!!!!! More
ANTHONY JANE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC BOTH TIMES I CAME IN FOR CAR SERVICE. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE COMPUTER SAYING I HAD OPEN TICKETS WHEN I DIDNT AND HE GOT IT FIXED SO IT WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN. First words out of his mouth to a client are - this is NOT covered under warranty without checking! One example of one of the reasons why I visited the dealership, was, for the second sunroof where there was a piece that closes it and it came off and only needed to be screw back. This service clerk decide ls to tell me that I had to come back for a diagnosis and that the cost would be 2 hours of labor for a minimum of $400. When he was not making any sense, the manager tried his best to assess the problem and was clear, courteous and made sense to me. He couldn’t contact the mechanic across the street to diagnose the car after I was waiting for more than 3 hours I left! More
