I had an appointment for them to look at a tire for 8:30 a.m. they finally told me at 10:00 a.m. that they could not fix the tire and that I would need a new one. I don't think it should take a good mechanic a hour and a half to look at a tire and know that they can not fix it. The nail was in the outer part of the tire. I went to two tire store down the road. They both informed me within a minute that they could not plug the tire because of where the nail was. Toyota was going to charge me $150 more than the tire store a few miles away. Definitely would not recommend this dealership. We had issues when we purchased the car so should have known not to got back there. We love the Toyota brand just not this dealership. Not good PR or return business if you want to disrespect customers. More
New to the area so had to get the car serviced. Had no issue with making appointment on line; was prompt in being met and reviewed what needed to be done. After about an hour she came back with some issues that were identified and following a constructive discussion I did add on additional work. Happy I did as the car drives fantastically. My only comment is on the waiting area; need more desk space for waiting customers to be able to work. I saw at least 5 people trying to work on laptops and only two small round tables by the coffee station. More

Sadly, I had a disappointing experience. After a short wait (for a scheduled appointment). My truck was taken back for a simple oil change and air in one of my tires that caused a small "sh After a short wait (for a scheduled appointment). My truck was taken back for a simple oil change and air in one of my tires that caused a small "shimmy" while driving. Told my service person I would wait right there and sat down. Three hours later, I finally had to ask, "where is my truck?" I was told that he called my phone...which I didn't have on me...and left a message. I asked him why he didn't just walk over too me and say the car was ready...I just got the dumb look. I inquired about the air in the tire request...I got the dumb look again. Asking again, after a long pause, he assured me it was done. And, as you can guess, it wasn't and the shake in the front end was worse than ever. Yes, the indicator light was on before and after the service. I guess it didn't help that the young man that "helped" me had trouble speaking the King's English, but the normal outstanding service I usually get from Toyota was missing in my visit. I've made another appointment (at a different place) to have the air checked in my tire. More
