Their service dept needs to get on the ball. Way too long to wait. Both times I’ve been there it’s 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment Way too long to wait. Both times I’ve been there it’s 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment More
Scheduled specifically to have the splash guard on the bottom re-attached or replaced, it was temporarily being held up by zip ties. Also requested maintenance (Oil, etc) while in for repair. When pickin bottom re-attached or replaced, it was temporarily being held up by zip ties. Also requested maintenance (Oil, etc) while in for repair. When picking the car up, I reviewed the invoice and did not see anything mentioned regarding repairing the splash guard, so I asked the staff member checking me out if the splash guard was either reattached or replaced. She was not my service advisor, Michelle who already left for the day. She called Michelle and was told they bolted it back up but probably forgot to write it. Not even a block down the road, it became obvious that they did not since it was dragging on the road. I had to get home, my husband looked and they cut a few of the ties, but did nothing as I was told. I was very upset since it was difficult with work and other commitments to drive the distance I had to go to have this work done. This is not the first time having been told something was done when it was not. I am very disappointed and I will no longer be bringing my car to the dealership for service. More

I passed on tire alignment as I can get lifetime alignment at Firestone. I sad ok to the throttle body clean. With all the system checks, tire rotation and tootle body clean, the car was ready in 62 minutes…. I felt something was off. I looked up the added services when I got home and could find no other dealer or mechanic listing them at 15,000 miles. What I found is that Throttle body cleaning is typically an on demand activity and not usually needed till 50,000 to 75,000 miles. The actual cleaning I learned is to remove the intake hose squirt solvent on a rag and wipe out the throttle body. I paid $140 for this service. Included in this was a $15.99 charge for the squirt of solvent. I left a similar review on Carfax. The GM saw it and asked that I call to discuss. I spoke to him and am waiting for him to get back to me. Overall I feel I was sold an unnecessary service. Update. I tried to remove a wheel today. The lug nuts were over torqued. I had to use a breaker bar to get them off. Had I been on the road, I would have been unable to change a tire with the tools in the car. I suggest they hand tighten the lug nuts rather than using an impact wrench. More
