The service took way to long. The service advisor said it would take 1:30 to complete But it really took 3 Hours to complete. One additional problem. Why did the Service advisor called me saying my battery didn’t pass the test and should be replaced while the service tech paper shows the battery was ok ? More

I like Auto Nation Toyota for Toyota service on my vehicles. However, I had purchased tires from them with a road hazard warranty. Since we had a flat tire and rode in to the dealership on the spare, vehicles. However, I had purchased tires from them with a road hazard warranty. We had to drop the tire off for repair or replacement and bring the car back the next day for mounting and balancing. The dealership is not conveniently located near my residence. A lot of time and effort to get a tire replaced. For tires I will go to one of the tire stores near my house. More
Bought a new vehicle and they added all kinds of extra stuff to the price. So a $30,995.00 ended up being over $38,000. And was bold faced lied to about price of warranty. If it could be more difficult to make a service appointment, I can't imagine it. Arrived early for appointment, sat and waited until service writer called me to a desk. I mentioned the badly cracked dash on our Solara, yes it's out of warranty but it has less than 24,000 miles, kept in a climate controlled garage. Almost everything is in excellent condition except the dash which deteriorated in the last year. Perhaps a recommendation or a cost estimate to replace the dash would have been nice? An hour and a quarter later the oil change was done and I was on my way. When I filed the paperwork at home, I noticed that it doesn't mention the use of synthetic oil, and includes a list of items that I declined including "tire replacement". I did decline tire rotation at the beginning, but never heard about the rest of what I declined until I read the Invoice. We will take our baby elsewhere. More

Everyone is very helpful. Excellent service. I needed a new battery. Unfortunately getting batteries is or was a problem since COVID. I took my car in on May 17, 2021. I got my car back July 22,2021. A fr new battery. Unfortunately getting batteries is or was a problem since COVID. I took my car in on May 17, 2021. I got my car back July 22,2021. A friend offered to get me the exact battery that I needed and have the service department put it in, I was told that they would not do that. So Toyota got me a rental car at $35.00 a day for 10 weeks. That is 70x35.00= $2,450 for a rental, for a $200.00 battery. They could have put an after market battery in, I could have kept my car, then call me to put the correct battery in that was under warranty. Just a thought. More
