I have been to Germain Toyota for years and every year they do something that is not beneficial to me. I am 75 , a Vet, and after my surgery, cancer free. The service department there is okay but the sale they do something that is not beneficial to me. I am 75 , a Vet, and after my surgery, cancer free. The service department there is okay but the sales people and finance people don't care about you at all. We decided to try AutoNation. I wish that I went to them years ago, Everything went smooth and there was no pressure to upgrade. They even delivered the car to me and took my old one. They even gave me the payoff on the lease which Germain wouldn't do. People of Naples, it is worth the extra drive to get the service that you want when leasing a car or even buying one. All the people there treated you with respect and not just a customer buying or leasing a car. I was reluctant driving up there but it was worth it. Alan D Naples More

Shelli is the best service writer I've ever dealt with. I DO think the dealership could do a better job with the time it takes when you have an appointment. My appt. for my 5,000mile check was Wednesday, July 14th at 3:40. I was handed my keys and left at 7pm. I arrived on time and mentioned I had added air to RR tire twice in last week, was told they replac at 3:40. I was handed my keys and left at 7pm. My contact had left for the day and did not hand me off to another...no supervisor to answer my questions. I returned the following day and talked to Liz....my papers still have not arrived 2.5 weeks later! No follow up, total customer service disconnect!!! A negative review will reach 10 times more people!!!!! More
