Getting to be very difficult to talk to someone in service on the phone without a long wait. I needed a windshield replacement and recalibration of front cameras. Auto Glass Rx's replacement of the w service on the phone without a long wait. I needed a windshield replacement and recalibration of front cameras. Auto Glass Rx's replacement of the windshield was excellent. Getting info from AutoNation on the status of the recalibration was problematic. Couldn't get any good updates on the work; eventually Auto Glass Rx called me back to inform me that the vehicle had to stay overnight due to AutoNation staffing issues. Could not get this info from AutoNation; seems they were reluctant to give me the bad news. More

I had a 10:00 appointment for a 2 hour recall. I left there at 2:40 PM. I After buying some 20 cars since 1995 this is the worst service I have ever received. Every time I go for a maintenance check up I’m waiting in the lobby for 4 hours (no exaggeration) with scheduled appointments. The staff was not welcoming as if they did not want to work on my car, they trie the lobby for 4 hours (no exaggeration) with scheduled appointments. The staff was not welcoming as if they did not want to work on my car, they tried to pass me off to other team members, and they we simply unprofessional. The service department does not care about its customers, I advise going elsewhere. Then I was given a number to call to speak with the general manager. It was to the main customer service line.
