The service personnel are wonderful, and kind but when I have an appt and it takes 4 and a half hours to complete my 25,000 mile service to change the oil and rotate the tires, thats ridiculous. Dont take so many appts when you dont have the personnel to do the work. Everytime I'm there, I hear the excuse that we're short handed. Also, the tv's are turned to a news channel which during these times is not appropriate. Customers are arguing as they discuss politics and the news they are watching. Turn the tv to a home improvement or cooking channel that no one argues about. More
