We were SOOOO impressed with our sales representative, Monique, along w her Sales Manager, Eric…. we will continue to recommend them both to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle! We found them to be honest, courteous, professional and NOT pushy! Their knowledge of the RAV4 we were shopping for was extensive. We found Eric worked hard and fair w regards to out the door pricing.. something almost unheard of as of late when demand is high and supply is low. Monique was so patient as we reviewed our options. She was quickly able to help us determine trim package, color, model based on our unique needs! The service department is also a plus here. Very efficient and will schedule you for service anytime you need it!! All in all, Autonation Toyota in Ft Myers is the ONLY Toyota dealership in FL we will recommend! Went in for 50k mile maintenance. Part of that should be to check the air filters. My appointment was made over a week ago. While they were doing the service, which I was waiting there, they said it would b to check the air filters. My appointment was made over a week ago. While they were doing the service, which I was waiting there, they said it would be about an hour and a half. After 1 hour they said they do not have the filters in stock and I needed a new one it would take about a half hour for them to go pick it up. Needless to say my appointment was for 8:30 am and I did not leave there till 12 noon. This was unacceptable. They should have had these in stock since it is for maintenance prior to my appointment. About as good an outcome as I could hope for in this situation. The engine area was left clean. This automated review fill in says I worked with Mario Paz, maybe in sales. I have no idea who that is. My service advisor this time was Orlando. GENERAL INFO- Most every service visit we make here is handled well, by people who seem to care that the car is serviced correctly and who are making sure the correct maintenance is done to keep the cars going. We always leave the car, so we are not affected by scheduling issues. Leave it in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. And they have Pennzoil Ultra oil as an oil change choice, which is great oil and also hard to find. Everyone has Platinum, but not Ultra. One thing to watch for - if you keep your engine clean, be sure to check under the hood. Sometimes they are messy. You'd think the techs would be happy to work on a clean engine and would leave it the same way. Nope. They will always clean it up if you notice and ask, but what a pain that you have to open the hood after each service to check. Otherwise, they seem to do fine work. We've had service done here for our Toyotas since 2004. More
I got a appointment for an oil change and AC and rotate the tires. At home I checked the pressure for the tire and I had two tires 58 pound and two tires about 48.
