I brought the car in for service at about 9:45 and talk to some one at about 10:10- He told me the service oil change and inspection would be about an hour. I was done by 11:15 which was close. Service was appropriate…the rep did not attempt to sell me on unnecessarily ‘repairs’. My only complaint is the following: who ever worked on or moved my car changed several settings…changed mph to kph, r me on unnecessarily ‘repairs’. Very efficient and accommodating Service Center. Unsatisfactory. I live 30 miles from your dealership and was not offered a loaner for recall. Also gas tank not filled to prior location, which was below half filled. I'm sorry but two hours for an oil change when you have an appointment is unacceptable. Also, I had a nail in the tire and they never put the proper air back in.
