Easy to make an appointment online almost impossible to talk to anybody on the phone. I need my annual service plus recall work done. Was told to call to confirm they had parts for the recall and waited talk to anybody on the phone. I need my annual service plus recall work done. Was told to call to confirm they had parts for the recall and waited over 30 minutes several times before hanging up. Got several emails confirming appt. for annual service but not recall work. Got several phone calls confirming annual service and told every person to add the recall work. Future emails only listed annual service. Finally get there and they only have me down for annual service!!!!! they tell me it will be 5 hours to do the recall work. Give me a rental then call later to tell me they can't finish because they don't have all the parts and I need to go back the next day!!!! One of the most frustrating processes of my life and I will not be going back to that dealer!! More

Service center is horrible. On two different oil changes, they either did not change the oil filter, and also left the access panel just hanging loose! I tried to call back multiple times, and was always tol they either did not change the oil filter, and also left the access panel just hanging loose! I tried to call back multiple times, and was always told my service adviser was busy, and would call me back. Never, ever did get any return calls! I will never return for service, and tell everyone I know about my experience. After telling people about it, I’ve heard multiple stories of the same thing happening. After a quick request I received the OTD price with no mark up, just MSRP as it should be. Quickly submitted my paperwork remotely and went to pick up the car the day after. Joshua handled the sale and provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and helpful throughout the purchase. Totally recommended. More

I arrived on time for my appointment time and waited 30 minutes for someone to help me. I finally was informed by one of the service advisers (not the adviser assigned to me) that there were several peo minutes for someone to help me. I finally was informed by one of the service advisers (not the adviser assigned to me) that there were several people ahead of me, and must wait longer before I would speak with a service adviser to discuss the repairs etc. I was also told that the garage mechanics were short staffed I am puzzled why Autonation does not honor appointments? Why bother making appointments if you have to wait more than an hour to be helped? As such, I left without getting the work done on my vehicle. And by the way, no one even said I'm sorry for the situation. Very unprofessional. More
