I was told after my tire rotation that the recall service for fuel warning problem could not be completed because the parts needed were not at the dealership so I came home and then I got a call that there w for fuel warning problem could not be completed because the parts needed were not at the dealership so I came home and then I got a call that there were no parts required so now I have to reschedule the recall service! This is very inconvenient and I can’t get it done soon because we have other things going on for the next couple weeks. I arrived at the dealership for my 9:20 am appointment and waited about two hours without the recall service completed. I am disappointed as I would expect the staff to know what exactly is required in the recall service! Oh well. Gary Therien More
