I deal with Autonation, not just because they have the best, most reliable vehicles, but because their customer service is second to none. Appointment or drive in, they are courteous, efficient and attent best, most reliable vehicles, but because their customer service is second to none. They take excellent care of my vehicles, all Toyota. Your personal service agent is the facilitator for you experiences at this establishment. They are very good, personable people. More
I have been using the Service Center since I bought the car 13 years ago and I have been very satisfied. Especially with Dan Dixon . Worst experience! !!! First, I had to call twice just to make an appointment. Both times the call went to an off site answering center and the first person was diffic !!! First, I had to call twice just to make an appointment. Both times the call went to an off site answering center and the first person was difficult to understand. I made an appointment for only an oil change the following week. When I arrived I was greeted by a service representative who took my information and was told she would call me when my car was ready. Three hours past and no phone call. I attempted to telephone service department. My call went to an off site location. I asked to speak with my service representative and was told that wasn't possible. Tried a different number. Again off site answering service. Was told they would try to have someone contact me later. Tried another number twice and finally talked with someone that told me my car was in the back and should be ready soon. Waited another hour. No call. Decided to have someone take me back to auto nation. Found my service representative. She tried to call back to garage twice with no success. I informed her that I wanted my car. We walked back to garage area and I was shocked to find out that my car was not even in garage for oil change yet. My car had been there for more than four hours and with an appointment and had not been touched. I asked for my keys and left with more four hours of my day wasted. I wonder if I would have had the same problem reaching the sales department. I do not plan on returning to the auto nation dealership for service or sales. More
Ms. Shevonie was amazing ! My car was taken immediately to the back. It was communicated a 4 hour wait, my car was fully serviced in 2.5 hours. Shevonie Shevonie was amazing ! Shevonie is my favorite service advisor and I try to see her whenever I come in. The waiting area was comfortable and offered internet service for my convenience. I was able to work remotely while I waited for my vehicle. 10++ More
