I was having difficulty contacting service via phone, so I called my salesman Wesley Cattanach and he went to a service rep Shelley Krogmann who was awesome. I though my truck needed towed, so Shelley sent I called my salesman Wesley Cattanach and he went to a service rep Shelley Krogmann who was awesome. I have been taking my Toyota to Orlando for years. He is the best and answers questions and takes his time with you. I was there yesterday and just observing what goes on you can see he helps the most He is the best and answers questions and takes his time with you.
