Anthony showed me a picture of a different vehicles tire and told me mine were bald and I needed to buy a tire. My tires are brand new! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my tires! After the last visit, we’re I waited over 5 hours in their waiting room, for the service department to tell me my truck is ready and hopped in to find the truck in the same condition as when I dropped it off in the morning. Then spoke to the service manager Mark to tell me that a part needed ordered again. Over a month later since the last visit and no response from Mark, the service dept., or the sales manager. Called and left numerous voicemails and emails with Mark and the sales manager. Called the service to find out the part was never ordered. More
