I been there several times and experienced great customer friendly service. My last visit was hampered by a lack off staff however. I didn't have an appointment but was taken care of right away as my car was being towed in. They tested and changed the battery in a very short time,I have been bringing my Prius to this dealership for quit away as my car was being towed in. From the moment I got out of my car and until the time I picked up my car every employee I cam into contact with was RUDE. One man I asked where someone was he could barely look up from his phone to shrug h picked up my car every employee I cam into contact with was RUDE. One man I asked where someone was he could barely look up from his phone to shrug his shoulders and say I don't him. The music they were playing was totally inappropriate for the elderly customers. It took 1 1/2 hours for my oil change. I was the only person in the lobby. When I went to check why it was taking so long my keys were on his desk and he was nowhere around. I asked a young girl who was playing on her phone where he was, She was very annoyed with me and said I will call him. No telling how long my keys were sitting there. We are a family of 3 Toyotas . It made me want to go else where. More

I was NOT happy about that at all. I needed two things done..routine maintenance & a recall. I spoke to someone to set both up for same day & of course that was not how the appt was set up. It got done but a tad of a hassle to complete both. The appt people are not at Toyota it’s an outside place that has no idea what an appt consists of…I don’t get that?? More
