He said if there was anything wrong he would let me know.I was sure he was going to come out and tell me I needed a new battery or something. I waited about an hour, he came out and said the car is done and that everything was good,I asked what I owed and. he said nothing.I think that is the first time I ever walked out of a dealership with out paying anything.The young man I think the young man’s name may have been Rick he was filling in for someone else he was very polite and didn’t, seam to be going through the motions. We've had our car serviced here before and it was good. This time we brought it in for a grinding sound in the driver's side rear wheel well. After waiting 3 hours we were told it was a can and some pamphl This time we brought it in for a grinding sound in the driver's side rear wheel well. After waiting 3 hours we were told it was a can and some pamphlets in the rear passenger door. Also the receipt stated that we asked for a multi point inspection, which we did not. We had a specific problem. We returned home and lo and behold the sound continues. Grinding and clattering are not similar sounds to any degree. We didn't just fall off a turnip truck. We have reached out to the service manager several times but have not heard back. More

As a new Toyota owner, I have been impressed by the ease of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. Far enough away from things that of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. Far enough away from things that I wish loaners were available as spoiled from previous cars. Highly recommend. More

I just went thru the express lane for an oil change nothing else and I made an appointment for 10:00 and I didn’t get my car back for 2.5 hours. I did check on it after 1.5 hours and was told by the se nothing else and I made an appointment for 10:00 and I didn’t get my car back for 2.5 hours. I did check on it after 1.5 hours and was told by the service advisor that they don’t guarantee any certain time that it will be done except by the end of the business day. That is not very good customer service in my eyes to tell your customers something like that. First time there so I’m sure we will give it another chance and hopefully the customer service improves and also the length of time it took. What was the point of making an appointment? More
