I was new to this dealership and from the time I pulled in, which I had no idea where to go to other than following other cars, there was no direction on what to do. It took 45 minutes before they checked in, which I had no idea where to go to other than following other cars, there was no direction on what to do. It took 45 minutes before they checked me in for a routine service on my new vehicle. I had an appointment for 10:00 am. I sat in the waiting area, which was nice they provided complimentary coffee, for 2 hours and to find out all I needed at this time was a tire rotation. Needless to say I was not happy taking 2 hours and 45 minutes for tire rotation. More
