Bought last 3 new vehicles from this dealership. I have serviced them every 5000 miles at this dealership, so have been there many times. The last two services on my Sienna have had extremely long wait times. The time before this I did a front end alignment and the tires were rotated. I had an appointment on 11/8/22. After 3 hours I went to Shelley Krogmann, the completed paperwork was on her desk. The van was parked outside the canopy. I asked if it was done, she looked and said yes and processed me out. I am not sure how long the vehicle had been ready, but she never informed me it was done. This service on 8/29/23 I had an appointment at 10:00am. The appointment was for my 10,000 mile oil change and to rotate the tires. I arrived at 9:45am. At 10:10am, Shelley Krogmann came back to me to verify what I brought the Sienna Van in for. I told her my regular maintenance. At about 12 noon I went by her station. I had never been updated. She said I needed 3 things done and it would take about 45 minutes. I needed a cabin air filter, an engine air filter, and a throttle body service. I gave her the go ahead to do the work. At 1:30pm by wife got upset. We had not had one update other than me going by her station at noon. No updates in the morning or afternoon. My wife couldn't find Shelley so another employee told my wife he would find Shelley. My wife wanted to talk a supervisor or manager. The male employee said they didn't have one. One of the ladies in the room behind the service advisors said she would call the manager. By this time the male employee found Shelley. Shelley said the van was done and I paid the bill. She asked if I had AAA. I said yes and she was able to give me a small discount. The van was brought up from the back. How long it had been done I don't know. By this time it was 4 hours at the service department. Four hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, change two air filters and clean the throttle body. It shouldn't have taken 2 hours to do this work. During the whole time we never had an update. In addition, there were numerous cancellations due to the threat of the storm according to Shelley. Service advisors were not that busy and maintenance people should have had extra time on their hands. Because there was no school, we were babysitting an 8-year-old who we had to bring with us. After 4 hours he was pretty restless. This was the worst experience at this service department for us in the last 20 years. PS: I service continues to deteriorate; I will be looking to buy my next vehicle at the new Honda dealership just down the road. Jim & Barbara Youngblood More

One sales lady had so much perfume on that I had to move my seat, in fear of getting sick. I sat at the front door for over 3 hours and not one of the people working on the floor said "good morning or hello." Ronnie was great More
Shelly Krogmann is an excellent service writer she has taken care of all our Toyotas for over 10 years. She is knowledgeable and honest about what needs done now versus what can wait. She puts her cell ph taken care of all our Toyotas for over 10 years. She is knowledgeable and honest about what needs done now versus what can wait. She puts her cell phone on her card so if i have questions about a light on the dash if it’s safe to drive I can text her and she always gets back to me. She is an asset to AutoNation Toyota and should give her a raise More
Came in to trade an 08’ Dodge Ram and the Tundra was a truck that caught my attention.
