Had a scheduled appointment for 11am. Vehicle sat on the lot until 12:20pm before entering the service bay. Service writer promised it would take 1-2 hours to complete the service. Vented my frustration at the lack of customer service and the fact I sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours. Never had this poor service from any other Toyota Dealership in the USA or Canada on my travels. My recommendation - find a more professional Dealership even if you have to travel further. There were others waiting for long periods of time for minor services. Totally unacceptable service. Alan S. More

I purchased a new Toyota from the dealership. I had financing but the dealership would only take in house financing. I was ok with that but they offered financing at 7% versus the lower interest I had financing but the dealership would only take in house financing. I was ok with that but they offered financing at 7% versus the lower interest rate if I used my bank. My credit score was 868 and that was the best interest rate they would give me. I received no incentives, as I am Veteran, no bonuses, and no extra services. I knew what vehicle I wanted and did not require any test drive. The only good thing I can say is that the process took almost 4 hours. Why is it such a painful process? More
