Was greeted by Orlando, my service rep when I pulled up. He observed a small screw in my rear tire…which I had never noticed. Turned out to be nothing, since it never penetrated deep enough. He was very outgoing, professional, and explained everything well. My battery was checked and found to be faulty. Battery was then replaced. Only came in for oil change and tire rotation, but glad the battery was checked and replaced! Overall this dealership has been excellent. I’ve been using them ever since we bought our 4Runner. More

My Prius would not start at all. AutoNation gave me the number of an excellent tow service. The tow service got my car started and said that if I didn’t turn it off, I should be able AutoNation gave me the number of an excellent tow service. The tow service got my car started and said that if I didn’t turn it off, I should be able to drive it to the dealer. This saved me the cost of the tow. AutoNation then got my car right in without an appointment, installed a new 12volt battery and I was on my way home in less than 90 minutes with the problem fixed. Excellent service. More
