After having my car, 2011 Avalon, appraised, I began to think seriously about purchasing a new Avalon. The salesman went the extra mile to introduce me to all of the changes in the new Avalon's. The price difference between my current car and a new Avalon Touring model was too great for me. They prepared a cost sheet for the next model down, Premium, and it fit more closely to what I was willing to pay. I believe I got about 80% of what my car will sell for retail and I feel that is fair. I am very happy with my new car, three years of maintenance, and a trusted dealer that will help me if something is ever wrong with my car. More

Bob was very helpful with the purchase and I did not feel pressured in any way in buying the car. I love Ft. Myers Toyota. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She did all she could to get me a price I could afford on the vehicle of my choice.
