Jim and his manager were very helpful on the lease of our new car. Jim was expecially knowledgeable about the vechicle and its features. Both Vincent and Hugo were gentlemen and very kind and helpful in helping me decide what vehicle I wanted and needed. I was not an easy client and they earned their keep. When I first bought my Camry back in 93 the dealer threw in 2 coffee travel mugs and I have used it until my Bling. What little it takes to make a girl happy!! I have purchased three previous Toyota Camrys from this dealership before my purchase of a 2102 model yesterday. My wife and I spent time with Kyle Williams, a sales consultant during which he carefully explained to us the improvements in the Camry since we purchased our last model. After he answered all of our questions, we met David Bertoncini,the V.I.P. Sales Account Representative,with whom we negotiated our price. This is usually the part of the transaction I dislike. David's title fits him. He treated us like Very Important Persons and we ended up with a very fair price that made our decision for us. He made us feel comfortable and he explained in detail every component part of the pricing. He did not hurry us and com-pletely answered all of our questions. It was a good experience. After we negotiated the deal, we met Tony Antonucci who introduced us to our car and carefully showed us how everything works. He spent almost an hour with me sitting in the car explaining all of the new features on the dashboard and all of the new technology. By the time we actually got our car, we felt that he understood all of the new things that had been added since our last Camry was purchased. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and has changed my view of having to go down to the dealership to negotiate with a salesperson for a new car. I will recommend this dealer to all of my friends who will be riding in our new car. More

Responded to a mailing. Had a 2005 Camry with only 44K - Gary, without any hassle, set me up with a deal I couldn't refuse. I purchased a 2004 Camry XLE. The price was to the better side of average. The salesman was fully aware that I lived 2 hours away. When I was about to leave without making the purchase because of di better side of average. The salesman was fully aware that I lived 2 hours away. When I was about to leave without making the purchase because of distance, the way he stated that if there were any problems with the car that they would take care of it, he led me to believe that I would not have to drive all the way back for service. I ended up purchasing the car and picking it up the next day. On the way home we noticed a shake in the steering when the car exceeded 62 mph. I called to ask where he would like me to take the car to. He stated I would have to take it back to Ft Myers. When I stated that that was not acceptable, he said he would call back. After a couple days, I called him back and still the same story. I had also noticed that the floor mats that had been in the trunk were missing. He treated me as though I were a total liar (Like I collect floor mats?). Claimed that the mats could not have come out of the car. FINALLY when he conceded to the possibility that they may have been taken out, again he promised he would check into the situation and call me back with a resolve. It has been a couple weeks now and still no word from him (what a shock). They just want the sale. You are on your own once you leave. I almost feel victimized from the follow through with this dealership. Even just a little follow through would have made me feel much better about this dealership. Even if I moved closer to Ft Myers, I would not do business with them again. Need to buy 2 more cars for grandchildren, they will NOT be from this dealership. More
