We recently took our RAV 4 in. The glove box door has been broken since about week 1 of owning the car and took it in for repairs twice. Since it was broken again, and now has more than 36000 miles, the been broken since about week 1 of owning the car and took it in for repairs twice. Since it was broken again, and now has more than 36000 miles, they would not repair it for free. We were definitely disappointed in that since we have records that this has been happening. At least, it's not a major issue like the engine. Also, were disappointed it was not washed when service was completed. We have been a Toyota fan for many many years and not sure if our next vehicle will be a Toyota. More
