Had an appointment for tire rotation with one advisor who apparently was out sick but I was never informed of that. Sat down in waiting room for 45 minutes waiting for someone to call my name. Finally I started to investigate and was told who my replacement advisor would be. Never spoke to her until another employee pointed her out. Very poor customer service. Had other issues which I will talk to customer service manager. More
