I bought my Camry -new - in 2018,,it was always EASY to schedule an appointment at this dealership,,not anymore,,it's impossible to get a appointment unless it's 4 - 5 weeks out and it's difficult to under schedule an appointment at this dealership,,not anymore,,it's impossible to get a appointment unless it's 4 - 5 weeks out and it's difficult to understand the people serving the main phone line ,,my service advisor-Michelle was excellent,,I give her an A plus rating ,,the customer area was clean and comfortable,,but don't you think that maybe,,just maybe,,we can get our car in for service in a more timely manner More
