The service was terrible. The service technician yelled my last name instead of getting up & walking to the waiting area. I sat outside in my car & no one came to check me in. The service technician yelled my last name instead of getting up & walking to the waiting area. I sat outside in my car & no one came to check me in. I had to leave my car & find someone. No one drove my car out of the service bay when the oil change was finished. I had to go get it. I will never use this dealership again. More
