I was fortunate to have gotten Tommy Ward as a sales rep yesterday - was looking at the new 2024 Tacomas and he described each and every feature the truck had in a very easy going manner - I ended up buying yesterday - was looking at the new 2024 Tacomas and he described each and every feature the truck had in a very easy going manner - I ended up buying the vehicle because I didn’t feel the need to go and check other dealerships- Mr Ward did a great job leading me and my wife through the whole process - also, the finance manager, Logan Beuning, did a great job explaining each and every piece of paper I needed to sign to complete the sale - he’s a young man with a lot of professional confidence, very knowledgeable and articulate in his presentation- if I was putting a team together I’d hire him on the spot - good job More
