AutoNation is pretty thorough even with the national short staffing issues that have developed in the passed 2 years. One suggestion I would like to make is, when there are loyalty coupons sent, they short staffing issues that have developed in the passed 2 years. One suggestion I would like to make is, when there are loyalty coupons sent, they should also be available in your computer systems, so if one forgets the hard copy it would still be recorded and available to be used.
