I was very hesitant to take my vehicle due to previous experiences with this dealership's service department. The short version I swore to never do business with them again! While talking with the phone scheduler, I decided to give Toyota Auto Nation another chance! I don't know who deserves the credit for the COMPLETE turn around of this service department. I have been in the plbg hvac service business for over 50 years and am very impressed! A+++ on communication, professionalism, organization, manners, and speed. What I saw was a well oiled machine. I went for an oil change and to have the fluid changed in my transmission. Michelle greeted me quickly and set my car up for service. I didn't wait for my car; the waiting room was a zoo right down to cryi my transmission. Michelle greeted me quickly and set my car up for service. I didn't wait for my car; the waiting room was a zoo right down to crying kids. Michelle told me it would be about three hours and she was true to her estimate. Shortly before the three hour mark I received a text saying my car was ready. Paying was no problem, in fact it was cheaper than what was quoted because of a promotion. A pleasant surprise at check out was a treat. Driving my car home I did notice a difference in the driving; my car felt like it was gliding down the road, a testament to the great work they did. I deducted one star for the waiting room issues. I have been to dealerships that do express lanes for oil and fluid changes that may be something to consider. I feel better when my car is serviced by the dealership but the old school service system has me going elsewhere when I don't have a day to waste. More
