Joey Sanjuan was a breath of fresh air from what I experienced at other Dealerships. He was extremely bright, and well schooled on the Toyota brand.. It takes to long to get service on your car. It shouldn’t take over 2.5 hours for an oil change. Plus the fact I can get an oil change with coupons for $30 dollars less. Also they don’t even price match to gain the business. I think that the dealer should be able to do that. They offer that on other things like tires and even advertise that. I will leave it at that. It is unbelievable that it took 3 hour with a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Every oil change at this dealership has taken over 2 hours. WHY? Why make a appointment at this dealership if for a oil change and tire rotation. Every oil change at this dealership has taken over 2 hours. WHY? Why make a appointment at this dealership if it going to take 2 to 3 hours when other places change oil and rotates tires in 30 minutes. Customer time seems nothing to you!! More

Car towed early morning. Nobody new where it was !! Had to go in person to find it! . Hated to talk to people on the phone with such a heavy Hindu or foreign accent. Can no Nobody new where it was !!
