As always, it was a 3. 5 hours process. Upon my arrival I was informed that the person doing the recall might be 2-3 hours behind.(I've been trying to get someone to schedul 5 hours process. Upon my arrival I was informed that the person doing the recall might be 2-3 hours behind.(I've been trying to get someone to schedule this visit for 5 months and was going to wait no matter) Anthony did seem to speed this up for me. I did learn that the used car we purchased had 2 more oil changes and tire rotations so they took care of that also. However, I would never go to this service department for an oil change otherwise as something that simple usually takes 3 hours. Listening to other customers, it seems that I was one with the least complaints so I guess it was a win. More

Wow! ! The service department will take you to the bank and withdraw all your money with a smile. Shantel was wonderfully nice and helpful but I paid dearl ! Big difference from the dealership back home. No 5 point inspection either. Ridiculous! More
