I've done business with them in the past and have been satisfied. Usually take my car there for service. I had an appt.at 10am and didn't get out of there for 3 1/2 hours for battery check (and something satisfied. Usually take my car there for service. I had a 7am appointment for a taillight recall and my check engine light on. After 3 hours with no update on anything, I asked what was going on? I was told the mechanic was working on it and would let m check engine light on. After 3 hours with no update on anything, I asked what was going on? I was told the mechanic was working on it and would let me know soon. A short time later I was given a price to do the repair and a time estimate. I later saw my truck in the parking lot so went to my service advisor and was told that they had to put it back in the shop to do the recall. After a total of 6 hours I got my truck. In my opinion that is an excessive amount of time when I had such an early appointment. More

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer and signed all paperwork then went back to pick it up and realized after I got home that someone took the drink holder/ashtray cover maybe to place in another vehic paperwork then went back to pick it up and realized after I got home that someone took the drink holder/ashtray cover maybe to place in another vehicle. Tried contacting the salesman and the manager but no one seems to care because the transaction is done. Worst experience ever!
