Appointment was for 8:45. Dealer facilitated trip back home but 6 hours later when they called to say that my 5,000 miles Toyota RAV4 was ready they refused to send a pick up Dealer facilitated trip back home but 6 hours later when they called to say that my 5,000 miles Toyota RAV4 was ready they refused to send a pick up for me. I could not believe that the dealer had done this to me after purchasing Four new Toyotas from the same dealership over the past 16 years. So disappointed and angry. More
